Role Description: The Digital Asset Crypto Portfolio Manager is a full-time remote role responsible for overseeing and optimizing portfolios of digital assets and cryptocurrencies. This role involves monitoring market trends, analyzing on-chain and off-chain data, and making informed buy, sell, and hold decisions aligned with risk and return objectives. The Portfolio Manager will develop and refine portfolio strategies, rebalance holdings, and maintain accurate records and metadata for all digital assets. Day-to-day tasks include preparing performance reports, collaborating with internal stakeholders on investment policies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and platform rules, and continuously evaluating new tokens, protocols, and opportunities. The person in this role will also help improve asset management processes and tools to support efficient, secure, and scalable operations.
Qualifications: Strong proficiency in Digital Asset Management and Asset Management, with experience organizing and tracking diverse crypto holdings. Hands-on experience working with Digital Assets (e.g., cryptocurrencies, tokens, NFTs) and understanding of major blockchains and exchanges. Knowledge of Metadata standards and practices for cataloging and documenting digital asset information. Familiarity with Library Services or similar information management concepts to structure and retrieve asset-related data efficiently. Solid analytical and quantitative skills, including portfolio analysis, risk assessment, and performance measurement. Experience with trading platforms, crypto wallets, and security best practices for safeguarding digital assets. Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders. Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage multiple priorities, and make timely, well-reasoned decisions. Bachelor’s degree in finance, economics, information management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience in crypto or digital asset management is highly valued. Commitment to ethical conduct, regulatory awareness, and continuous learning in the digital asset and crypto markets.
