About the role
Territory Sales Manager – Pacific Northwest Ready to take ownership of a high-potential territory with a growing outdoor living brand? We're looking for a relationship-driven sales professional to grow an established presence throughout the Pacific Northwest. This is not a "maintain the territory" role. It's an opportunity to build relationships, create demand, win new business and make the market your own. The ideal candidate knows the building products channel and understands how business gets done through lumberyards, independent dealers and distribution partners. Direct decking experience is a plus, but it isn't required. Strong relationships and a track record of growing business in the channel matter more. You'll have the opportunity to: Own and grow a key Pacific Northwest territory Develop relationships with lumberyards, independent dealers and distributors Build pull-through demand with contractors, builders and other end users Expand existing business while opening new accounts Represent a differentiated outdoor living product portfolio Join a company investing in growth and giving its salespeople room to make an impact The position offers a strong base salary, performance-based incentive compensation and company vehicle. If you know the Pacific Northwest building products market and want an opportunity where your relationships, hustle and ability to grow a territory will be noticed, this is worth a conversation.
Before you apply
Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.
Your profile is current
It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.
Two examples you can talk through
Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.
A number in mind
What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.
Your notice period
Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.
Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
