Electrolyte Research Engineer

Responsibilities: 1. Research gel-electrolyte properties — flexibility, strength — and define the target states we need.2. Study gel monomers and gel processing.3. Study the gel-electrolyte interface with cathode and anode, and its impact on performance.

Requirements: 1. PhD with a foundation in electrochemistry, organic chemistry, and analytical chemistry.2. Research background in batteries.3. Strong independent thinking.新能安（Ampace）是一家全球领先的电池科技企业，专注于锂离子电芯及电池系统的研发与制造，产品广泛应用于储能、数据中心及关键电源等领域。公司结合先进的电芯化学体系与半固态电池技术，致力于打造兼具高安全性、高性能和规模化生产能力的电池产品。本岗位工作地点位于中国厦门研发中心。岗位职责开展凝胶电解质柔韧性、力学强度等性能研究，明确目标性能指标及技术方向。负责凝胶单体材料及凝胶制备工艺的研究与开发。研究凝胶电解质与正、负极材料的界面特性，分析其对电池性能的影响并持续优化。任职要求电化学、有机化学、分析化学等相关专业博士学历，具备扎实的专业基础。具有锂电池相关研究背景。具备较强的独立思考能力和科研创新能力。
