About the Role: The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management to lead its Payments and Money Movement portfolio. This pivotal role is at the heart of the company's platform, overseeing product teams responsible for payment acceptance, orchestration, risk and compliance, money movement, disbursements, and the APIs that connect these capabilities. The successful candidate will be tasked with both operational and transformational mandates, driving the execution of the existing portfolio and evolving the payments platform to support the company's growth. This includes making the capabilities more reusable, configurable, and extensible across various business verticals and future products. The role demands a leader with deep payments experience, strong product leadership skills, and a proven track record in scaling or modernizing complex transaction platforms. Key responsibilities for the Vice President of Product Management include owning the strategy, roadmap, and execution of the payments and money movement portfolio, leading and developing product teams, and partnering with engineering and other cross-functional teams to ensure the platform meets the operational needs of the business. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 12 years' product management experience, with at least 7 years in a leadership role, and a strong background in payments, fintech, or financial infrastructure. Success in this position will be measured by the ability to improve execution, build a strong product leadership team, and advance the platform's capabilities to support the company's growth and commercial objectives.
