About the role
CMSD seeks a Chief Academic Officer to champion the district's instructional vision and drive academic excellence for every scholar in every school. The CAO will join CEO Warren Morgan's cabinet to build a centralized academic strategy anchored in high-quality curricula and a unified assessment system. The next CAO will provide leadership across Teaching & Learning, Student Services, and Schools, aligning functions to support high-quality instruction and equitable opportunities for all CMSD
