About the role

Electric Machinery Company, a division of WEG Electric Corp. in Minneapolis, MN, is seeking a Welder for the 1st shift to join the Fabrication Team. The role focuses on setting up, fabricating and welding complex parts, including flat copper GTAW welding on bus bars and copper components used in motors and generators. You will read drawings, determine welding methods, prepare materials, and inspect welds to ensure quality while adhering to safety and ISO 9001 standards.
