About the role
Project Manager Signtech Electrical Advertising Inc. seeks project managers to join our successful project management team in San Diego. Ideal candidate wants to be part of a dynamic team, has a desire to become one of the best project managers in the sign industry, and play an integral role in the success of our company. Primary duties and responsibilities: This position requires well-organized, detail-oriented planners who can multi-task and operate efficiently and effectively in a collaborative environment Candidate must have demonstrated the ability to plan and execute a detailed project effectively from design through installation, including project schedule and cost status Works closely and provides direction to internal project teams and departments Communicates effectively to clients, contractors and consultants Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and meet specified gross profit Manage day to day aspects of a group of projects. This will include the full scope of work which includes bidding, design, engineering, manufacturing, shipping, installation and project closeout
Job requirements:
Bachelor's degree preferred in project management, construction management or within an industry related field Able to review and understand blueprints, site drawings and architectural documents Experience in sign or manufacturing industries preferred 3-4 years of experience in project management, operations management or construction management Ability to work effectively within a team environment Ability and willingness to travel both locally and to project sites throughout the US and Canada.
