Digital Delivery (VDC) Program LeadCrusoe is scaling next-generation data centers and modular infrastructure for the high-performance AI era. As the Digital Delivery (VDC) Program Lead, you will serve as a central anchor in executing Crusoe's Digital Delivery Program across our entire portfolio of data center buildouts and modular projects.Reporting directly to the Senior Manager of Construction Technology & Design, you will act as the owner-side Subject Matter Expert (SME), ensuring that our digital delivery guidelines, BIM tenant requirements, and owner standards are seamlessly implemented throughout the project lifecycle—from pre-construction and design through field coordination and facility handover.This is an exceptional opportunity for a senior VDC leader who wants to step beyond traditional contractor coordination, shape owner-side standards from the ground up, and leverage cutting-edge technology on high-velocity, large-scale infrastructure projects.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the Senior Manager of Construction Technology in enforcing, refining, and maintaining consistent owner standards across the entire DIG project portfolio.Serve as the primary owner-side point of contact for digital delivery matters, providing clear status reporting, metrics, and decision support to project executives and stakeholders.Manage CDE governance and project hosting in Autodesk Forma and Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC).Strategize, track, and execute specific client/tenant BIM requirements to ensure complete compliance across projects.Participate in departmental strategic planning to help scale Crusoe's Digital Delivery roadmap.Model Quality & Quality Assurance (QA/QC)Execute regular model validation and audit workflows to verify that design consultants and trade contractors strictly follow owner standards and Level of Development (LOD) requirements.Structure digital deliverables from day one to ensure a clean transition into commissioning, facilities integration, and long-term asset management (as-builts, asset metadata, AIR).Oversee the coordination process at a system level, ensuring clash detection, issue tracking, and resolution workflows function effectively to mitigate risk, eliminate field conflicts, and prevent rework.Project Execution & CollaborationParticipate in design review and VDC meetings across all active portfolio projects, prioritizing tasks to ensure critical project milestones are met.Actively bridge design-phase engineering data with downstream trade coordination to prevent data loss.Mobilize quickly to support and execute project-specific workflows in a high-velocity development environment.Technology & InnovationStay ahead of industry trends and evaluate emerging VDC tools, technologies, and workflows that accelerate project delivery and improve asset data quality.Minimum Qualifications & ExperienceIndustry Experience: 7+ years of experience in the design and construction industry, with a strong focus on Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) and BIM management.Platform Expertise: 7+ years of hands-on experience using Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC) and Autodesk Forma.Domain Knowledge: Proven background in complex large scale or mission-critical facilities, or complex high-tech infrastructure. Restricted Stock Units are included in all offers.
