About the role
Management Coordinator Renown Hedge Fund with global reach is seeking a highly organized Management Coordinator to join their dynamic team. Join a collaborative and growing team supporting multiple Senior members while also assisting the broader team as needed.
Responsibilities Include:
- Manage complex calendars for multiple senior team members, including scheduling meetings and prioritizing tasks
- Act as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, representing the team and company with professionalism
- Organize meetings and prepare presentation materials.
- Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements.
- Prepare and process expense reports and reimbursements.
- Tackle a wide range of administrative and operational tasks to keep the team running smoothly.
Qualifications Include:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a polished and professional demeanor.
- High attention to detail and accuracy, especially in calendar management and expense processing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to a collaborative, entrepreneurial team environment.
