About the role
- Manage day-to-day Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable activities
- Process customer invoices, vendor invoices, payments, and account adjustments
- Monitor outstanding balances and assist with collections
- Reconcile customer and vendor accounts and resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate customer and vendor records
- Support Positive Pay, 1099 reporting, and banking activities
- Assist with payroll backup, timesheet processing, and new hire reporting
- Participate in month-end and year-end close activities
- Support accounting and operational projects as neededâ What Weâre Looking For3â5 years of AR, AP, bookkeeping, or related accounting experience
- Associateâs or Bachelorâs degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and high transaction volumes
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
