Manufacturing Production Associate

Pay: $19.45–$21.30/hour Overtime: Mandatory overtime available; most weeks average approximately 48 hours Shifts:12-hour day or night shifts, 7:00–7:00

Schedule: 3-2-2-3 rotating schedule The 3-2-2-3 schedule means you work approximately 15 days per monthand receiveevery other weekend off for three days. When working a typical 48-hour week, gross weekly earnings can be approximately$1,011–$1,108, depending on your hourly rate and applicable overtime.*

What You'll Do: As a Production Worker, you'll be trained to work on vinyl extrusion manufacturing lines producing window, siding, and exterior building products.

Responsibilities include: Operate and monitor production equipment Inspect finished products for quality Pack, label, and prepare products for shipment Use basic hand tools such as snips and chisels Read a tape measure accurately Move materials throughout the production area Maintain a clean and safe workspace Learn multiple production lines and positions through cross-training Follow all safety and quality procedures

What We're Looking For: Manufacturing experience is NOT required. We will train you. You should be able to: Work a rotating 12-hour schedule Work either day or night shift based on assignment Work required overtime Lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Read a tape measure accurately Follow written and verbal instructions Work safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Maintain dependable attendance and arrive on time High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, assembly, warehouse, or general labor experience is helpful butnot required. Work Environment: This is a hands-on manufacturing position in a fast-paced production facility. The plant isnot climate controlled and can become hot during the summer.
