About the role

Covenant House New York (CHNY) is seeking a mission-focused Chief Program Officer to elevate program design and drive high-impact services for youth facing homelessness. The CPO will partner with senior leadership, build staff capabilities, and ensure data-driven planning across 24/7 residential programs and wraparound services. Reporting to the CEO, the CPO leads program operations, workforce development, and cross-department collaboration, fostering an inclusive culture.
