Leading commercial marketing initiatives, the full-time Senior Director of Food Safety Marketing will develop and execute regional strategies for food safety diagnostics across the United States, Canada, and Australia/New Zealand while managing a multidisciplinary team and collaborating with various departments to drive growth.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement regional commercial marketing and go-to-market strategies for the food safety diagnostics portfolio Translate global strategies into locally relevant marketing plans based on customer needs and market dynamics Lead market segmentation, customer research, and competitive analysis to establish strategic priorities and guide investment decisionsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in marketing, business, life sciences, or a related field, or equivalent experience Significant progressive marketing leadership experience in commercial marketing or related disciplines Proven success in translating business strategies into measurable regional marketing plans Experience leading multidisciplinary teams in complex, cross-functional organizations Strong expertise in market segmentation, customer insights, and integrated campaign development
