Administrative Assistant/ Tenant Selection Coordinator The Lee Housing Authority is seeking applicants for the part-time position of Administrative Assistant/Tenant Selection Coordinator; this position is 8 hours per week. Duties include proficiency in CHAMP, local housing software (e.g., PHA-Net), and Microsoft Office. Understanding of state affordable housing regulations, Chapter 667/705 programs, and fair housing laws. High tact, diplomacy, and cross-cultural communication working with low-income, elderly, or diverse families. High school diploma and previous housing experience required. Must Pass CORI check.
