Pick Up and Delivery Specialist Ronnie Thompson Ford is seeking a dedicated and organized Pick Up and Delivery Specialist to join our team in East Ellijay, GA. In this role, you will play a crucial part in managing and coordinating mobile service operations as well as Pick Up and Deliveries, ensuring excellent customer experiences and efficient service delivery. This position offers a competitive pay range of $40,000 to $50,000 per year, with weekly payments.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and schedule mobile service appointments to optimize technician availability and customer satisfaction.
Coordinate and schedule Pick Up & Deliveries of customer vehicles.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on service status.
Collaborate closely with service technicians and management to maintain smooth workflow and resolve any scheduling conflicts.
Maintain detailed records of service appointments, customer interactions, and technician assignments.
Track and report on service metrics to help improve operational efficiency.
Requirements:
Proven experience in service coordination, customer service, or related roles.
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency with scheduling software and basic computer applications.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
Clean Driving Record and Valid Drivers License.
