About the role

Monks is seeking an AI Craft Director to pioneer AI-enabled creative workflows at the intersection of filmmaking, generative AI, and immersive systems in the USA. The role reports to the Head of Creative and requires deep expertise in VFX, animation, and real-time rendering. You will lead and translate complex AI-enabled visual strategies for senior stakeholders, building proofs-of-concept and integrating AI into production pipelines while maintaining strong creative direction and storytelling.
