Job Description: Front Desk ConciergeNeedham, Massachusetts Full-Time or Part-Time Position Overview A luxury residential high-rise in Needham, Massachusetts is seeking a Front Desk Concierge to deliver a high level of service to residents and guests. This role is responsible for managing the front desk, creating a strong first impression, and ensuring a consistent, professional, and hospitality-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities: Greet all residents and guests promptly, using proper eye contact, posture, and tone Manage front desk operations, including visitor access, package handling, and resident requests Maintain awareness of building activity and enforce access control procedures Provide accurate information, directions, and assistance to residents and guests Coordinate with property management and other on-site teams as needed Handle phone calls, emails, and service requests in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk presence at all times Monitor for any issues or irregularities and report to management as required Service StandardsMaintain a visible and engaged presence at the front desk No phone usage or disengagement while on duty Consistent professional appearance and adherence to uniform standards Deliver a hospitality-focused experience at all times, not just task execution RequirementsPrior experience in concierge, front desk, hospitality, or customer service preferred Strong communication and interpersonal skills Professional appearance and demeanor Ability to remain composed and attentive in a fast-paced environment Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented Basic computer skills, including email and property management systems ScheduleFlexible scheduling based on building needs, including evenings, weekends, and holidays Compensation and BenefitsPay range: $19-$20 per hour Benefits include health, dental, and vision insurance, paid sick leave, and paid time off Equal Opportunity EmployerWe are an equal opportunity employer and consider all qualified applicants without regard to protected status.
