- Previous experience in customer service, print production, finishing, reprographics, or a related environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Comfortable learning new software and procedures quickly.

- Comfortable working with computers and entering order information accurately.
- Ability to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
