About the role

Job OverviewAs the VP, Growth Manager, you will drive and execute the overall sales strategy alongside the SVP of Field Management. You will be responsible for deploying programs and initiatives to drive growth, act as a liaison between our clients and our supporting organization to drive integration and success.ResponsibilitiesServe as a trusted advisor, providing fact‐based insights, quantitative and qualitative analysis, and KPI tracking to drive advisor growth, optimize sales processes, and demonstrate business impact.Own, design, and deliver sales enablement and growth initiatives, including program creation, project management, and execution, while continuously optimizing existing approaches to improve efficiency and effectiveness.Partner cross‐functionally to identify scalable best practices, align on broader goals, and drive growth in advisory assets, client wallet share, and adoption of LPL Business Solutions.Build support and momentum for key growth initiatives by developing stakeholder trust, communicating impact, and gathering voice‐of‐the‐advisor insights to inform capability expansion.Act as a liaison between advisors, Field Management, and home office partners to ensure alignment, resource delivery, and clear communication across initiatives and programs.Support and grow the advisor community through conferences, forums, and digital engagement, including designing growth programming, community‐building initiatives, and personalized recognition experiences.Partner with the events team and external wholesalers on conference strategy, funding, invitations, and execution; serve as the primary point person for advisor communications related to Recognition Council trips and ad hoc event needs.Requirements5+ years of financial services experience and business management expertise5+ years experience in the independent advisor space5+ years of project management experienceAbility to travel up to 30%Core CompetenciesA strategic thinker who can assess complex problems, prioritize key issues, focus on relevant facts and maintain a strong execution focus.Exceptional communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting complex data to achieve organizational buy‐in.Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and respect while maintaining the integrity of the model.Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously using effective delegation and project management systems.Entrepreneurial attitude with the tenacity to influence; self‐starter; willingness to take the initiative with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.Curiosity to innovate and a desire for continuous improvement.PreferencesBachelor's degreeSeries 7, 66Demonstrated ability to influence at all levelsPay Range$142,552.00 - $237,518.00 (actual base salary varies based on relevant skill, prior experience, education, performance, and geographic location.)EEO StatementPrincipals only.
