60-70KJob Department: CandlesESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESThe Production Coordinator will be an excellent multitasker working on candles, fragrances, at-home scents and will be the client advocate with all warehouse interactions for the Candles Division, servicing off-price major retail accounts. Oversees factory production schedules Tracks purchase orders and production status Monitors sample approvals before production Coordinates with sourcing and logistics team Flags late shipments and production risks Maintains delivery timelines for customer programs Reviews factory capacity and booking allocations Provides weekly production health reports Perform related duties as assigned.
COMPETENCIES:
Proactive, Motivated, and Trainable Experience with multinational trade and export is a plus. A strong knowledge of U.S. Customs laws and procedures is a plus. Experience with content, product & inventory management Strong relationship management skills. Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Power Point)
Exceptional Organizational Skills:
planning, expediting, prioritizing, managing multiple tasks and meeting corporate deadlines. Ability to work autonomously and effective time management. Excellent verbal and written communication skillsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBachelor’s Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management or equivalent, with wholesale imports or related experience; or an Associate’s degree with 1 year of wholesale imports or related experience; or 2+ years in a wholesale imports or related role.
