Rate: $22-28/hour depending on experience.
Hours: Monday through Friday, 7:30AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities: Commercial maintenance in office buildings. Preventative maintenance. Grounds maintenance. Light electrical, plumbing, HVAC troubleshooting. Customer service. Rotating On-Call. May be eligible for an on-call bonus!
