Role Description:
The Jewelry Production Coordinator is a full-time, on-site role based in Queens, NY, responsible for supporting end-to-end coordination of jewelry production workflows. This position oversees daily production schedules, tracks order progress, and ensures that collections are manufactured according to specifications, timelines, and quality standards. The coordinator communicates with internal teams and external partners to confirm requirements, resolve production issues, and maintain accurate documentation and reports. Responsibilities include monitoring inventory and materials for active projects, updating systems with production data, assisting with vendor and factory follow-up, and supporting continuous improvements in efficiency and quality. The role works closely with design, sales, and operations to align production output with retailer assortment plans and delivery commitments.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate schedules, workflows, and resources across multiple projects.
Candidates should possess solid Project Management and Organization Skills to manage timelines, track details, and maintain accurate production documentation.
Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and retail partners, and to provide clear updates and follow-through.
Relevant experience in jewelry, fashion, or consumer goods production coordination or operations is beneficial.
Proficiency with spreadsheets, production tracking tools, and basic data analysis is preferred.
Ability to work on-site in Queens, NY, manage multiple priorities, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Associate or bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is advantageous.
