About the role

FTI Consulting is seeking a Manager, Workday Reporting & Analytics to serve as a key technical resource for Workday reporting, integration reporting, and analytics delivery within the HR Data & Analytics team. You will translate business needs into scalable reporting solutions while managing multiple workstreams. You will own the lifecycle of reporting initiatives, mentor teammates, and partner with HR COEs and the HR Technology team to deliver high-quality insights and governance.
