- Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) looking for a rewarding school-based opportunity in Burnsville, North Carolina? Ampersand Therapy is seeking dedicated SLPs for the 26-27 school year with a wonderful local district.

- Mileage reimbursement between sites + referral bonuses What You’ll DoProvide speech-language therapy services in a K-12 school setting
- Conduct assessments and write comprehensive evaluation reports
- Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans
- Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with school teams
- Support students with articulation, language, fluency, and social communication
- Partner with teachers and families to support carryover of skills
- Maintain timely documentation, progress notes, and compliance records
- Monitor student progress and adjust treatment plans as needed What We’re Looking ForLicensure from the North Carolina Board of Examiners for Speech-Language Pathologists and Audiologists
- Eligibility for North Carolina licensure as a speech-language pathologist through the Department of Public Instruction
- Master’s Degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) encouraged to apply
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
