Position Summary:
The Chick-fil-A Hospitality Team Member (Front of House) is responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences by providing fast, friendly, and accurate service. This role represents the Chick-fil-A brand by demonstrating care, teamwork, and professionalism in every guest interaction.
Schedule: Flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Essential Job Functions:

Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service Take customer orders accurately using POS systems Handle cash, credit, and mobile payments Prepare beverages, desserts, and condiments Assemble and deliver orders quickly and accurately Maintain cleanliness of dining room, restrooms, and front counter Assist guests with questions, menu options, and special requests Follow food safety, sanitation, and company policies Work collaboratively with kitchen and leadership teams
Physical Requirements:
- (ADA Compliant)
- Stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 25 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation
- Bend, reach, and move throughout the restaurant
- Work in a fast-paced, noisy environment
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 16 years old (or meet state minimum age requirements)
- Authorized to work in the U.S.Reliable transportation
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment
- No experience required — paid training provided
