About the Role: The Company is seeking a Head of Performance Video to lead and develop its video editing team while personally editing priority advertising content. Responsibilities include setting editorial quality standards, coaching editors, assigning work, and managing projects from brief and footage review through revisions and final delivery. The role will shape persuasive stories from creator, expert, founder, podcast, and product footage, while coordinating with creative, production, design, operations, and compliance partners. The Head will also contribute to creative strategy and use advertising performance insights to guide edits and iterations. Candidates should have experience editing paid social performance video for consumer brands or an agency, particularly for Meta, along with a proven record of managing and developing video editors. Strong hands-on editing skills in Premiere Pro or comparable software, a portfolio of personally edited direct-response ads, and expertise in storytelling, pacing, sound, color, typography, and motion are required. Applicants should understand direct-response creative and key advertising metrics, and be able to interpret results to inform editorial decisions. Clear communication, sound creative judgment, and proactive ownership are essential; experience in health-related consumer categories and with other social video platforms is an advantage. Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
