Parts Counterperson Join Jaguar Land Rover Columbia as a Parts Counterperson, where you will play a key role in supporting our service and repair operations by efficiently managing parts inventory and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities: Assist customers and service technicians in identifying and locating parts accurately and promptly. Maintain parts inventory by verifying stock, replenishing supplies, and organizing the parts department. Process parts orders, returns, and exchanges while ensuring accurate record-keeping and timely delivery. Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to track orders and resolve any discrepancies. Provide knowledgeable and courteous service to internal and external customers. Use computer systems to manage parts data and update inventory records. Maintain a clean and organized parts counter area to promote efficiency and safety.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Previous experience in parts sales or inventory management preferred. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Excellent customer service and communication abilities. Basic computer skills and proficiency in inventory management software. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with automotive parts and terminology is a plus.
