Coverall is seeking a Regional Director to join the Columbia, MD team, overseeing sales and operations across a multi-department environment, and driving growth of our franchise base while leading the regional staff. The ideal candidate has a strong hunter sales background, excels at problem solving, time management and prioritization, and is ready to elevate performance. Expect a generous base salary with commissions/bonuses, uncapped monthly commission, company-paid benefits, and paid holidays
