HDR seeks a Hydropower Engineering Manager (Mechanical Design) to lead the NorCal hydropower mechanical practice. You will shape strategy, growth, and technical excellence while guiding recruitment and retention of a multidisciplinary team. You’ll manage operations, client expectations, and cross-functional services across projects, with emphasis on quality, profitability, and long-term partnerships.
