Provide high-quality critical care to adult patients in ICU and step-down units across multiple hospital locations Rapidly assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in high-acuity settings Float between units based on facility needs while maintaining safety and standards of care Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and optimize patient outcomes Administer medications, manage ventilators, and operate critical care monitoring equipment Document assessments, interventions, and patient responses accurately in electronic health records Educate patients and families on conditions, treatments, and care plans Adhere to evidence-based practices, infection control, and hospital policies Respond effectively to emergencies, codes, and rapid response situations Adapt quickly to new environments, workflows, and technology platforms using Trusted Health’s staffing tools Critical care nursing ICU/Step-down experience Ventilator management Hemodynamic monitoring Medication administration (IV drips, titration) Advanced cardiac life support (ACLS) Telemetry and cardiac rhythm interpretation Electronic health records (EHR) documentation Rapid assessment and triage Infection control and patient safety Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Active, unrestricted RN license ACLS certification BLS certification Preferred: CCRN or equivalent critical care certification Minimum 2 years recent ICU or step-down experience Experience as a travel nurse or float nurse preferred
