About the role

Executive Assistant To CEOOur client is a fast-growing, venture-stage technology company working at the frontier of AI. They see executive support as a strategic role and are hiring a team that thinks ahead, works with care and grows with the company.
About The Role: You'll be the CEO's partner through the working day, from when he arrives at the office until he leaves. You'll make sure he's in the right room, prepared, with technology that works, and you'll capture what comes out of each meeting. As you learn the business, you'll start representing him in meetings he doesn't need to attend and making everyday decisions for him. This is a hands-on role, not a chief of staff role. It suits someone who wants to understand the whole company by being alongside its CEO. You'll work closely with the EA who manages his calendar and the assistant who supports his personal life. What You'll DoMeetings:
  • Prepare the CEO for each meeting by building agendas, gathering materials and briefing him beforehand.
  • Join selected meetings to capture notes, decisions and follow-ups, then make sure action items get done.
  • Represent the CEO in meetings he doesn't need to attend.
  • His Day At The Office:
  • Stage-manage the CEO's day in the office: keep him on time, make sure each room and its AV are ready, and keep the move from one meeting to the next smooth.
  • Keep his laptop, phone and software up to date and working.
  • Arrange meals during the workday.
  • Calendar:
  • Work with the EA who owns the CEO's calendar, using what you see of his day to keep it realistic and organized.
  • Coordinate with the CEO's personal assistant so personal and business commitments never clash.
Travel: Plan business trips end to end, including detailed itineraries, accommodations, flights and private aviation, meals and appointments. Travel with the CEO as his on-the-ground support, sharing trips with a second EA.Coordinate with other EAs when several teammates travel with the CEO.
Who You Are: Several years supporting a senior executive in a fast-moving setting, ideally a CEO or founder. Curiosity about every part of the business, from product development to legal, and the ability to turn what you learn into practical recommendations. Good judgment: you make the priority calls the CEO would make and change direction quickly when priorities shift. A hospitality mindset: you think several steps ahead, notice what people need before they ask, and handle difficult moments with warmth. A background in hospitality, restaurants, events or theater stands out to us. Openness to learning and feedback: you take on unfamiliar work, ask clarifying questions early, and ask for help when you need it. Comfort with regular travel, sometimes on short notice. How Their Support Team Works You'll work directly with the CEO. A support staff lead coordinates the whole executive support team, so you'll have teammates to share work with, back you up and help you learn.

Before you apply

Applying takes about a minute. These four things decide how fast it moves after that.

Your profile is current

It's what we read first. Occupations, seniority and locations matter more than a long history.

Two examples you can talk through

Not a portfolio — just two pieces of work where you can explain the decisions and what you'd change.

A number in mind

What you're on now and what would make you move. We negotiate better when we know both.

Your notice period

Employers plan around it, and it's the question that stalls offers most often.

Once you apply, someone reads it and calls you before anything reaches the employer — usually within two working days.
