Job Title: Senior HR Business Partner – Finance
Location: Seattle, WA, Hybrid
Pay Rate: $58-64/hrEmployment Type: Contract to hire

Role & Responsibilities:
  • We are seeking a Senior HR Business Partner for a large enterprise finance organization which would be a great opportunity for someone with experience in employee relations, compensation planning, and organizational change looking to further their career in strategic HR partnership.
  • Serve as the strategic HR partner to Finance Vice Presidents and their predominantly salaried workforce
  • Support compensation planning and performance review cycles
  • Advise on organizational design, change management, and workforce restructuring
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to define requirements and accelerate hiring for critical roles
  • Lead employee relations matters and workplace investigations
  • Essential Qualifications8–10 years of HR experience supporting Finance, Accounting, Treasury, Audit, or corporate functions
  • Experience with large-scale organizational redesign, operating model changes, and workforce restructuringBA/BS in Human Resources or related field; executive presence and ability to operate independently in ambiguity
  • Bonus QualificationsHR support across a geographically dispersed workforceUKG experience
