Job Description Pilla Electric, Inc. is looking for an experienced Residential Lead Electrician to join our team. We are seeking a dependable, knowledgeable electrician who can lead a crew, take ownership of projects, communicate well with customers and management, and maintain a high standard of workmanship. We offer 100% company-paid benefits
Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise crews on job sites.
Ensure work meets electrical codes, project specifications, and company standards.
Inspect completed work for quality and accuracy.
Communicate project status, material needs, and job-site issues to management.
Coordinate with customers, general contractors, and other trades.
Keep projects moving efficiently and help maintain schedules.
Train and mentor apprentices and less-experienced electricians.
Qualifications:
- 8+ years of residential electrical experience preferred
- Previous experience leading an electrical crew or serving as a Lead Electrician.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and troubleshooting.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in the field.
- Ability to work professionally with customers, contractors, and coworkers.
