Outside Sales Representative (Kentucky & Southern Indiana)Kentucky & Southern Indiana | Full-time | $75,000 – $90,000 base salary depending on experience, plus uncapped commission Professional Lighting Services is hiring an outside salesperson to develop and grow our contractor and distributor business across Kentucky and Southern Indiana. This is a growth territory covering the Louisville, Lexington, Evansville, and Southern Indiana markets, with room to build and own the relationships across the region. Candidates coming from the contractor, distributor, or supply house side of the business are encouraged to apply. About Professional Lighting Services We are a manufacturers representative firm founded in 2003, representing leading independent lighting brands across a full product portfolio spanning residential to large-scale commercial and industrial. We support our outside sales team with in-house quoting, lighting design, and photometric services.

Responsibilities: · Develop and grow relationships across the Kentucky and Southern Indiana electrical contractor and distributor market· Identify and pursue opportunities in commercial and industrial construction· Recommend lighting and control solutions for each application, supported by our quoting and lighting design teams· Conduct sales calls and lunch & learns, including with visiting manufacturer representatives· Support customers through design, bid, and construction· Attend manufacturer training locally, virtually, and occasionally on-site at a factory Requirements· Sales experience, with a track record of building and keeping customer relationships· Experience in the lighting industry, or experience working with electrical contractors or distributors· Ability to work independently and follow through on commitments without prompting· Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and prioritize effectively· Strong written and verbal communication· Availability to be in the field a minimum of 3 days per week· Based within the territory, or willing to relocate to it Preferred· Existing relationships in the Louisville, Lexington, Evansville, or Southern Indiana electrical or construction market· Background working for an electrical contractor, distributor, or supply house· Familiarity with lighting products, quoting, or submittals· Working knowledge of the construction cycle, including bid, submittal, release, and delivery Compensation and Benefits· Base salary of $75,000 – $90,000 depending on experience, plus uncapped commission on gross profit· 401(k)· Profit sharing· Paid holidays and PTOPosition Details

Schedule: Monday – Friday

Location: Field-based within the territory, with periodic travel to our Indianapolis office
