About the role
Lead failure analysis investigations (root cause, corrective action — RCCA) and drive yield improvement programs using Six Sigma methodologies. Oversee server hardware debugging, validation, assembly, system integration, NPI, and ECO activities. Perform and guide BIOS/BMC functional testing, debug sessions, and test log interpretation. Develop and maintain Troubleshooting Guides for repair and author Technical Issue Reports. Manage customer-facing & Head Quarters technical communications and act as escalation point for complex issues. Support SMT process oversight, board power-on, component verification, and PCBA schematic analysis. Supervise and mentor a team of Engineers, ensuring high-quality execution of debug, validation, and repair workflows. Attend and Coordinate Department Audits
