About the role

CyberCoders is seeking an experienced Of Counsel to join its Construction Litigation practice in New Jersey. You will manage complex disputes from intake through trial, provide strategic advice, lead discovery and motion practice, and mentor junior attorneys while collaborating with partners and clients to grow the practice.

The ideal candidate will have: 10+ years in construction and commercial litigation, extensive trial experience, and a strong background in AIA contracts and risk allocation.
