Gerber Collision & Glass, part of The Boyd Group, is seeking an enthusiastic Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences while assessing vehicle damage and coordinating repairs. You will communicate with customers and insurance representatives and document details to drive our KPIs in a fast-paced collision shop. Qualified candidates have high school diploma, basic computer skills, and familiarity with DRP processes; training like I-CAR is encouraged.
