Job Description The Commercial Plumber plays a crucial role in new construction projects, working within a large team to ensure precise installation and maintenance of plumbing systems. This position demands expertise in reading blueprints, adhering to plumbing codes, and troubleshooting various issues to maintain safety and efficiency using standard hand tools.
Responsibilities:
- Install pipes and plumbing systems according to blueprints and specifications
- Read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings
- Ensure compliance with plumbing codes and safety standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve plumbing system issues promptly
- Collaborate effectively within a large team on new construction sites
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience in commercial plumbing
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in blueprint interpretation
- Knowledge of plumbing codes and safety compliance
