About the role

What You’ll Do: • Validate, process, and settle trades across multiple asset classes• Monitor trade confirmations, allocations, and settlement status• Investigate trade breaks and failed settlements through resolution• Reconcile trade activity with custodians, brokers, and counterparties• Partner with Front Office, Middle Office, and external parties to resolve exceptions• Maintain accurate transaction records and support audit, controls, and compliance reporting• Identify opportunities to improve workflows, controls, and operational efficiency
What We’re Looking For: • Experience in trade operations, settlements, middle office, or post-trade operations• Strong understanding of the trade lifecycle and settlement process• Knowledge of equities, fixed income, derivatives, and/or other financial products• Experience with DTCC, Bloomberg, SWIFT, or similar platforms• Strong reconciliation and break-resolution experience• Proficiency in Excel and financial systems• Detail-oriented, analytical, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
