Your Impact: Execute general production tasks: loading/unloading parts, assembling components on glass, and other duties as assigned. Operate machines safely and efficiently; complete changeovers to minimize downtime. Follow work instructions and control plans to the letter. Conduct quality checks and enter results into the Quality system to keep the process nominal; input GMaPS data when required. Use 5S to maintain a neat, efficient work area. Handle all types of glass safely and understand the required PPE, plus the location and purpose of all lockouts and E-stops. Support team goals and take on departmental tasks as directed by supervision.

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in manufacturing preferred. Physical &
Environmental Requirements: Lift 45–50 lbs on a regular basis; walk 5–10 feet while carrying a 45–50 lb windshield. Raise and move objects vertically and horizontally as needed. Perform repetitive wrist/hand/finger motions and repetitive twisting/bending of the upper and lower body. Stand on concrete for extended time periods. Work in extreme heat and humidity. Schedule & Work Expectations 12-hour shifts on a 3-2-2-3 rotation. Regular and predictable attendance required. Overtime may be required based on workload or projects, including weekends and holidays. Ability to learn and follow procedures while working safely in a manufacturing environment.
