About the role
- Answer incoming calls, greet visitors, and provide general front office support.
- Coordinate visitor badges and direct customers, vendors, and guests to the appropriate contacts.
- Manage conference room scheduling and assist with meetings, catering, and guest transportation.
- Arrange travel for out-of-town visitors and guests using SAP Concur.
- Maintain and submit front office expense reports.
- Assist with manufacturing employee onboarding and general HR administrative tasks.
- Support ADP registration and scan/upload employee documents.
- Assist with hourly employee time punches, maintain the PTO calendar, and help coordinate annual benefits enrollment.
- Coordinate office and facilities vendors, including cleaning, uniforms, printers, supplies, and refreshments.
- Assist with facility improvement coordination and IT support needs.
- Participate in safety meetings and support established quality, environmental, health, and safety procedures.

- Have 23 years of administrative or executive administrative experience.
- Hold an associate or bachelor's degree.
- Have working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint.
- Have experience using SAP Concur for travel arrangements.
- Communicate professionally and build positive relationships with employees and visitors.
- Can manage competing priorities, maintain accurate records, and handle confidential employee information.
- Are self-motivated and comfortable taking initiative.
- Can meet the position's physical requirements, including occasional lifting or moving of items weighing up to 50 pounds, with or without reasonable accommodation.
