Location: Fairfield, Ohio — On-site
Pay: $18–$20 per hour, depending on experiencei Drive Fulfillment is looking for an experienced Embroidery Operator to join our OH1 team. We’re looking for someone who can operate embroidery machines, follow customer specifications, and produce consistent, quality work.
What You’ll Do: Set up and operate embroidery machines. Prepare garments, hoops, thread, and materials for each order. Follow instructions for designs, placement, thread colors, and quantities. Check finished embroidery for quality and accuracy. Troubleshoot basic issues, including thread breaks and tension adjustments. Perform routine machine cleaning and keep the work area organized. Complete orders within scheduled timelines.
What We’re Looking For: Previous hands-on experience operating embroidery machines. Ability to set up jobs and work independently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Dependability and ability to follow customer instructions.
