POSITION SUMMARY: Supervises guests in a family-oriented, fun outdoor tubing park environment. Operates moving carpet, checks passes, performs crowd control, and assists guests, while providing a safe, FUN, family experience. This position is located at Snow Summit in Big Bear Lake. Starting wage between $19.00/hr. - $20.88/hr. depending on experience. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIESMust be at least sixteen (16) years old Excellent customer service and communication skills Ability to read and comprehend instructions Able to exhibit sound judgement Able to work weekdays, weekends, and holidays Must be flexible and able to work in variable weather conditions Offers of employment are contingent upon successful completion of a background investigation and your ability to perform the essential functions of the position, with or without Summit LLC is an equal opportunity employer.
