The practice handles complex business and contract disputes, including insurance coverage matters. Prior insurance coverage experience is not required; a strong litigation foundation, intellectual curiosity, and sound judgment are essential. What You BringAt least four years of substantive litigation experience Experience taking depositions is required Strong legal analysis, problem-solving, strategic thinking, and written and oral communication skills The ability to exercise initiative, and independently carry assignments forward A collaborative approach and genuine interest in tackling challenging legal questions Why Consider This Role?
