About the role

Customer Service & Administrative AssistantOne Stop Pool Pros is looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Customer Service & Administrative Assistant to join our team.This position will help with customer service, general office tasks, and provide administrative support to the President of the company. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who communicates well, stays organized, and is willing to learn.ResponsibilitiesAnswer and respond to customer calls and emails.Assist customers with general questions and service requests.Follow up with customers when needed.Help communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.Assist the President with emails, scheduling, follow-ups, and other daily tasks.Help keep track of pending items and reminders.Prepare basic emails, documents, and spreadsheets.Schedule meetings and appointments when needed.Assist with organizing customer and company information.Help with general administrative and office tasks.Communicate with different departments to help resolve customer requests.Assist with special projects as needed.What We're Looking ForFriendly and professional communication skills.Organized and responsible.Good attention to detail.Comfortable using a computer, email, and basic office programs.Able to communicate professionally over the phone and by email.Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.Able to work independently as well as part of a team.Customer service or office experience is a plus, but not required.Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.Most importantly, we are looking for someone dependable, willing to learn, and comfortable helping both our customers and our team. Training will be provided.
