Primary Job Responsibilities: Assist with handling all transactions including preparation and approval of Settlement Statements, preparation and coordination, verification accuracy of loan documents, insurance documentation, seller statements, and contract or sales agreement. Help escrow officers obtain signatures for closing transactions, explain all documents executed as needed, and facilitate questions/answers between parties to the transaction. Follow Business Practice Guidelines which includes but is not limited to collection and disbursement of funds while complying with required State and Federal Good Funds statutes. Review escrow reports and resolve any outstanding issues to ensure compliance with required business policy. Ensure timely and accurate flow of information and documentation Correct and resolve any issues that arise. Ensure adherence to workflow processes. Perform other duties as assigned.
