The Program Director will define program roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives while ensuring on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction. The role will also drive Agile/Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams and provide leadership across PLM transformation initiatives.1. Program Leadership & Delivery Lead end-to-end PLM transformation programs across multiple business units and geographies Define program roadmap, milestones, budgets, and KPIs aligned with business objectives Ensure on-time, within-budget delivery with high quality and stakeholder satisfaction Drive Agile/Hybrid execution frameworks across engineering and IT teams2. Stakeholder Management Engage with C-level executives, business leaders, and engineering heads Act as the primary escalation point for program risks and issues Lead governance forums, steering committees, and executive reviews Ensure alignment between business strategy and PLM implementation3. PLM Strategy & Digital Transformation Define and execute PLM strategy aligned with Industry 4.0 and Digital Thread initiatives Lead implementation/enhancement of: Product Data Management (PDM) Change & Configuration ManagementBOM Management (eBOM, mBOM, sBOM) Requirements & Systems Engineering (MBSE, SysML) Drive adoption of Digital Twin, Simulation (MBD), and Model-Based Enterprise (MBE)4. Technical & Solution Oversight Provide architectural oversight for PLM solutions (3DX, Teamcenter, integrations)
