Rome Specialty Company, Inc. is Hiring an Experienced Tool and Die MakerEXPERIENCED TOOL AND DIE MAKERMust be very experienced with: Tool and Die making equipment including digital & standard mills, surface grinder and metal lathes. Advanced problem solving and troubleshooting to determine repair needed, make parts, install parts, and return machine to operation. Motors & Electrical systems Air & pneumatic systems Knowledge of tool steel & heat treating Ability to work on machines with tight tolerances of as little as.001 to.003.4-Slide & 6-Slide production machines, coining machines, and presses Programming for CNC wire forming machines
Qualifications: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Welding experience is a plus References required
