Stringlight Assembler Willoughby, OH, USWe are currently searching for Stringlight Assemblers to join our team!

Available Shift:
6:00 AM – 4:30 PM (M – TH)Other Shift Options include:4:00 AM - 2:30 PM (M-TH)5:00 AM - 3:30 PM (M-TH)General Purpose: Performs repetitive work-station tasks to produce stringlight assemblies prior to overmolding.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Perform any assembly-type function, using hand, power tools, small presses and fixtures. Manipulate cables and wires while staking/terminating electrical sockets according to specifications. Inspect, test, and adjust completed units to ensure that units meet specifications, tolerances, and customer order requirements. Safely operates any equipment needed to perform job within the assembly. Utilize production job schedules, and confer with supervisors/leads, to determine work priorities. Refer to engineering documentation such as CAD drawings and manufacturing procedures. Record production data such labor time and quantities using ERP system. Inform supervisors /leads of equipment malfunctions that need to be addressed. Clean and maintain equipment, machinery, and work stations on a daily basis. Certifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Six months previous work-related skill, knowledge, or experience preferred.
