Join to apply for the Paint Care Consultant (Sales Person)role atMDF Painting & Power Washing, LLC. Job Title: Paint Care Consultant (Sales Person) Reason for the Hire: To grow our sales team in response to rising market demands; anticipated 20% annual growth for the next decade.
Reports to: Brandon Powadiuk, Sales Coordinator Full Time: 40-50 hrs./wk. M, T, TH, F: 8am-6pm; Saturday (every other) Expected Results: This person meets homeowners for pre-scheduled appointments, spends 2-3 hours in the prospect’s home executing our sales process, and leaves with a signed contract and deposit.
Responsibilities include: daily follow-up calls, prospecting, attending weekly meetings, maintaining an ADL above $2250, and participating in paid prospecting during slower months.
Work Environment: Office at 100 North Branford Road, Branford, CT; appointments primarily in New Haven County and Fairfield County, CT.
Compensation includes: Hourly Pay, 8% Commission on Labor Sales, Weekly Micro Bonuses, Monthly Bonuses, Healthcare Bonus, and 401k Plan.
Qualifications: Command of MDF Painting Sales Process, strong communication and organizational skills, ability to close deals, self-awareness of personality style, comfort with technology, and a positive attitude. Additional Attributes: honesty, care for others, adaptability, problem-solving skills, and integrity.
